According to Bytyqi, his method when working with brides involves asking them about the occasion they are preparing for and the specific makeup look they desire, whether it be soft or glamorous. He then requests to see the dress they plan to wear for the occasion, so he can create the ideal makeup look based on the dress’s details.

Bytyqi’s ultimate aspiration was to become a makeup artist and beauty influencer, but he encountered a lack of moral support and backing from his parents and other relatives. According to Arber, his family would often express disapproval towards males pursuing a career in the beauty industry, believing that it carried negative connotations and lacked respect. As a result, Arber initially obtained a Master’s degree in Economics before subsequently venturing towards his desired path of becoming a makeup artist.
Arber stated that the summer season is the most hectic time of the year, where they attend to more than 60 clients daily for bridal makeup. Based on data, Arber and his team provide makeup services and perform laser hair removal for more than a thousand brides each year.

While having a count of more than a thousand may seem like a sizable figure, Arber effectively handles the workload with a team of 25 artists. Among them, 15 specialize in makeup and 10 are skilled hairstylists. Bytyqi proudly mentions, “I have personally trained all my employees. Our team comprises both full-time and part-time workers, and we efficiently serve over 100 clients every day by starting early in the morning. Our success lies in prioritizing quality over quantity.”
Due to the ongoing pandemic, there has been a decrease in the number of clients compared to last year, as fewer weddings are being held due to the impact of Coronavirus. Arber states that they are gradually starting to regain momentum.
